Blackmailing by sending adult content

Look my 40 yr old sister blackmailed by a person for forced sex and they capture adult scenes, then how to proceed for actions, pls help me.

Dear sir You sister needs to get a legal complaint drafted by an advocate to get an FIR lodged against the culprit. This complaint needs to be lodged without any delay to make your sister's case strong. The FIR should be lodged under various sections of IPC and Information Technology Act and that guy will face jail time and his bail will not be granted by the Courts easily. you can register an FIR in your nearest police station and tell the IO(Investigation officer) everything and provide all the information about the accused if you have. If you have messages or phone recordings or WhatsApp messages, after that you can contact an advocate for further proceedings.

file a rape case u/s section 376 In concerned police station. other section will be added according to the complaint. if police is reluctant to file a rape case we can approach to the court u/s 156(3). we have have a solid case Just Go Ahead Thanks & Regards

first and foremost file an FIR for the same and within that please include all the details of the matter. the proceedings can be pursued only if you have filed an fir. In such cases no criminal complaint will be entertained by the court of law unless the police refuses to file the fir
