Bigamy case proofs to determine second marriage

My Husband got married in 2015 without taking divorce from me though we are living separate and I filed a case under Bigamy, till date I had no proof but now I have a sales deed where his second wife has given witness mentioning wife of Mr...... and her adhar number. Also another proof is the birth certificate of their child born in 2016 where mother and father names are mentioned as theirs. How valid are these poofs to prove Bigamy?

Query perused. As per law your husband cannot legally marry another girl before getting a decree of divorce from you. The documents wherein it is transpired that your husband has done 2nd marriage without taking a legal divorce from you are very much relevant and valid to proof bigamy.
