Belongings and other important documents

My husband isn’t letting me enter his house. I need my own name car, educational documents, clothes etc. Police are showing no interest. CAW cell are also not handling my case well and showing negligence. It is my important stuff which only I can understand. Please let me know quickest way to fix.

if the police is not helping you, you may escalate the complaint to his higher supervisory officer like the sp or cp. if still no action is taken, you may approach the high court praying for directions in their supervisory jurisdiction.

First of all he's no one to deny you to come to his home. After marriage it's your home as well because you are the one who has left your own home because of him. In your case if you wish to go legal then you can file a petition under the DV Act to claim your residential rights and also a petition under section 125 CrPC and claim maintenance for yourself. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

file status report application in court than police have to give their written reply that what steps they have taken till now and in women cell just say forward my case from here.. you need a good advocate who works only on your case contact us for any kind of free legal advice

You need to hire expert advocate and filed the suit for such things and also you can recover few items via domestic violence! Not Only only your items but you can also get other reliefs but there is nothing called quick in legalities. This will take time Plz b in touch

you can file a suit for recovery in the court to get all the documents you require. In case police or the CAW cell is not showing any interest then it is the best to ask a learned advocate to accompany you to the places so that you can get everything of your need. however you need to show the importance of the documents
