Being mentally harassed by husband and her sister what to do

I am married 9 months ago and since then my husband has been treating me badly physically and mentally. I should not open my mouth for anything if i dont like . If i say something they treat me like a dog. Sister in law gives advice to husband for not behaving properly with me and in laws use abusive words and disrespectful things against my family.
You are legally wedde wife and the law has provided you many safeguard to deal with the situations. If they are treating you like this you can complaint about the same before the concerned authorities

There are severall remedies which can be availed we can go ahead and file domestic violence and a case against cruelty under relevant provisions of IPC I.e 498A ,406 if you want you can go ahead and file a divorce proceedings against him as well.
