Being bisexual and married will there be consequences with the guy

I am married for last 1 and a half year ...did arrange marriage but it dint work out and I fell in love with another man. I confessed it to my wife but she decided to stay with me and said she will make me straight ..eventually with time she so yes on me and collected proofs of me having relation with a guy....my phones calls with him and my photos kissing him. If I can know what are the co sequences I can face now she threatens me of a case. Will I get jailed ?? And what about the guy involved with me will he be in trouble too ?
If she has sufficient proof against you then you may be in trouble in future. It appears from your facts that she is collecting evidences against you because she wants to get separated. After getting married you are having an affair outside your marital bond. It will create a difficult situation for you in future.
