Bank F.D. kept on my father's name and i was second holder

My Brother want to take amount in pre-maturity after my father's death, since i have deposited this amount on his name.

As you have deposited the amount in his name when your father was alive, so obviously, your Brother has been rightfully and legally demanding the amount deposited by you in his name, to be given to your Brother, might so as to give security or assurance to your Father, that, if he remains in this world or not, your deposited money will take care of your Brother in difficult situations after the death of the father.
