Saas sasur agar bahu ko apni person property pe hissa na dena chahe to kiya bahu kanoon koi case kar sakti hai?

The daughter-in-law cannot claim any rights over the property of her in-laws. She has limited rights and it is over her husband’s property only. She can claim it through her husband. According to the latest SC judgment no one can can force daughter-in-law to leave her matrimonial home.

Hello Madam, No...there is a new law that if there is a property owned in the name of father or mother in law then they have the option whether to give their property to their daughter in law or son as well.
