Baby's initial change regarding issue

My son is 3yrs old now and I got 2nd marriage my 1st husband died when my son in 1months old.Now I want to change my son's initial or I wish to legally adopted my 2nd husband as the father of my son.Kindly give some suggestions is there any legal possibility presents for this issue

dear Mam, a child can have either it's biological father initial or biological mother initial. if you want to change the initial of your child, then you can put your initial to your child by following the necessary formalities instead of his stepfather's initial.
