Me and my husband had marriage in Gurudwara. He is sikh and I am hindu. I am a Canadian Citizen and sponsored him to Canada when he was an illegal immigrant in UK. He used me to get PR and money from me. He built his parents house in Punjab by taking money from me. Can I put a lien on that house? Also Him and his parents are demanding dowry from me. He has left my house and is now with another girl without divorce. What actions can I take?

It's quite unfortunate that he uses you to get the PR of Canada. you can file a complaint for dowry demand against him and his parents. you can also file a suit for recovery of the amount you lent to him and ask to create a lien on his property. you can show that his intentions was never been to live with you and want just to use you get the permanent residency.
