My ex boyfriend is asking for the money he says he spent on me during our relationship as i am not maarying him

we're you in a relationship with him on the pretext of marrying him or just it was a normal mutual relationship. how much money he spent on you and on what all he spent on you. was it to be returned which he spent on you. is there any contract or agreement between you.

Dear ma'am. He can't ask for the money back as legally he is not entitled for it. As per the recent Hon'ble supreme court judgements, the partner in a living relationship is entitled for maintenance by the other half. So, whatever he spent was out of love and wasn't any sort of investment. You may consult me in that regard.

There is no need to return the money as you both were in consensual relationship. you did not force him to spend money on you. even though you also spent money during relationship. But the reason why are you are not marrying him, is not in my knowledge. for more detail. Kindly contact me.
