Are were into relationship and We married through court marriage. My wife was with me for 1 months, then my father-in-law asked her to come home to see her mother by giving reason as my mother-in-law is ill. Since then she is at her parents home. Her parents don't allow her to call, msg or any communication. They have also changed their address. So I am clueless. If I take any legal action against father-in-law then I am worried that she will not back to me. nI am totally depressed due to this situation, I want my wife to comeback to my home. Please guide me.

May be you can file a complaint against your in laws. If that doesn't work, filing of a petition for writ of habeus corpus before high court may be considered. take decision after further consultation
