Application regarding Mental Harrasment By brother Wife

My bhabi threat us to suicide and said to sent all family in jail just because of normal verbally fight with my sister. I want to safe my family. So in this case I want to file an application and it but unable to understand where I have to give this.

You can file a complaint against your bhabhi to the nearest Police Station, and send the copies to the higher police officials. In case, you need assistance in writing of complaint you can contact a lawyer, because the complaint is the sole ground of your case and it has to be properly drafted.
