Annulment of marriage, not disclosing the disease pustular psoriasis

I was married on AUGUST 2018, which is an arranged marriage. On the 3rd day of my marriage I got to know that my husband has pustular psoriasis, my husband have not told me about his disease before marriage. He also said that he is government employee, but has just worked on a contract basis. He has cheated me in terms of his health and job status. We never had any physical contact with each other. After a week of marriage I came back my home and living separately. Can this marriage be cancelled since not disclosing the facts of his health and job status.

Hello Madam. Hope you are doing well. As per the facts reported by you, looks like your husband has misrepresented himself to be a govt employee and married you. Which is a criminal offense. More over non disclosure of any health issue is a strong ground for divorce.

You cannot nullify you’re marriage as limitation period of on year has lapsed and so you will have apply for divorce. You can apply for divorce on the basis of grounds for divorce. For any clarification please feel free to call me.
