ANNULMENT DECREE OF NULLITY SECTION 25(i) OF SPECIAL MARRIAGE ACT 1954

After receiving legal annulment of court-marriage registration of a Hindu person from Judge by Decree of Nullity under Section 25(i) of Special Marriage Act 1954 , Do someone needs to submit previous marriage registration & annulment documents during his second-time marriage registration ? Can he mention in second-time marriage registration form, the Status as Unmarried ?
