Samir Kumar Das, Advocate joined in the Bar Council of West Bengal 27 Feb 1981 and started practicing in the Sub-divisional Court at Serampore, Hooghly, West Bengal. As the years go develop his practice in different other Courts - different district courts, Forums and tribunals includes High Court of Calcutta. In the year 1990 shifted to Delhi and joined in the Supreme Court of India. Q: My husband abused me physically and verbally

i am living at asansol since my childhood which is in west bengal. but my birth place is kharagpur and my mama lives there. i dont hav any dalil of my place so tht i am getting trouble to register forms for domicile without dalil. but my mama has dalil so is it possible to make domicile from there by mentioning that my mama adopted me but i do study from my parents home but i live here asansol i hav a proof tht my birth place is kharagpur. the place which is mentioned in my documents is asansol.

Q: Prevent property selling beside our house

Can I prevent my neighbour from selling the land that is just beside our residence ( my house). I have said that I will buy the land but he is asking a very big amount. I have offered him that I will pay the exact amount that everybody has paid who have bought land in the nearby places but he is not agreeing. Even years back I have paid him 45000 i.e 15000 per satak but that transaction was not official , I mean on that time he needed money and he said that he will sell the land in 15000.
