Ancestral property in named to my mother after father and GPA transfer

08-Oct-2023 (In Family Law)
My father and mother both are 60+ now, we have an ancesteal property which is Named to my mother after my father in 2005 (which is an GPA). We are having some family disputes going on due to which my father ask my mother and us to leave the place and he want to sell that property. What should I do?? If I didn't leave that place so my father told me to file a case against me of domestic violence. I don't know what to do .. Even if he sells this property do we challenge a that?? Any case I can transfer GPA to me from mother, will it help??
