Ancestral Property dispute

01-Sep-2023 (In Family Law)
I want to know about the property act that can be helpful. We've forefathers property in Varanasi which will be divided into five. Now the issue is my dad's two brothers wanted to sell their property and we don't have problem with their decision. As the property is not separated yet and they have already sold some property.Paper work is not done yet. So, is there any way where we can stop them unless the property is divided into five equal parts? Or can you help me with any act where we can get stay order where they can sell it to the family member or no one else can buy unless we all agree.

You can get stay order under section 39 c PCs to stop selling property are u listed in kha toni paper or not ?if not do it as soon as possible then u apply for declaration suit and get stay . Mean while you can settle your despute with your family mamber for partition of property
It's better if u can solve this out of court . Because in court there it took long time to decide . So I advice you to sort out this matter in good sprit with honesty .
