Ancestral property claim by an unmarried daughter from her father.

Hello, my father has a ancestral property. I am his daughter. I want my share in the property because I doubt that my father will give that property for religious work. I want my share because I want to buy a house and study further and I have no base for money.

Respected madam you stated that your father has a property you also stated that you have a doubt that your father will give the property for religious work and you have no source of income .if you want the share in the property the you file a civil suit .

you can claim partion in the said property which is not self ac quired property of your father.. Women had equal right as that of a coparcenor in the property since the amendment has come in hindi succession act in the year 2005. so your father cannot give away the ancestral property in religious work agasint your wishes.

mam as you stated that its an ancestral property so according to law you can file a suit for partition and a suit for declaration for getting your share declared as well as for getting your suit partition and getting your share for which you are desirable for
