Am I entitled to give my salary to my mother

I have never lived with my parents and they have never took any care of me.it was my aunt who supported me financially but now as I have got a job my mother wants to get money from me.am I entitled to pay her?

It's your personal earnings, you did not pay, but being your bilogical parents, you have to take care or pay some amount to them, you have to explain them that it's your aunt is entitled for my earnings.

You are not entitled to make any payment to your parents since they failed to perform their duty as a lawful parents on the other hand your aunt can claim amount which she spent for your well being and upbringing

Yes you are entitled to give a maintenance to your mother from your salary. The son is noumden duty to give shelter, food, cloths and medical expemces to his aged parents. If she files case against you for maintenance, the court can grant such an order for lively hood of aged parents.

As per latest Supreme court decision parents can claim for maintenance from their children, whether they have taken care of them in childhood is not matter for dispute, when children earning they have to take care of their parents when no other source of income is available for them.
