After marriage in arya samaj wife do not want to come with husband.

We got married in arya samaj but than we decided to agree our parents so we came back to home. But now she is saying that she cant come with me without permission of her parents. Her parents are not allowing me for a free talk and they are saying that she want divorce. I want to know is it possible in any way to get divorce without any solid reason if i want to spent life with my wife.
Can they file any case against my parents if after marriage she has not visited my home even a single time.
Sir better is to file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights under section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act and if you get a decree in your favour the wife would be with you and another remedy is,as per your averment, that you may file a Habeas Corpus petition that your wife is under unlawful custody and she may be set free. As far as your parents are concerned, they have nothing to do with your problem as they are not part of it. Further if any contingency appears it would be a very strong ground for them to save themselves.

AS far as the filing of cases against your parents is concerned it can be hatched to make pressure upon your to divorce her. See the relationship of marriage cannot go without the dedication and trust even though u have remedy to file suit for restitution of conjugal rights in the family court of your district under section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act.
