Affidavit with forged signature of plantiff is submitted by advocate

11-Aug-2023 (In Family Law)
My brother-in-law filed a civil case as an after thought as I have filed Cheque Bounce case against him. My brother-in-law expired on 12-May-2021 due to covid-19. The advocate filed implead petition, delay condone petition in civil case with forged signatures of my mother-in-law. Under what section should I file a Petition to take an action against advocate for filing affidavits with forged signatures of my mother in law in civil case. I am defendant in this case.

Here are the steps you might consider: • Hire a Advocate: It is important to get services from an experienced advocate. I can help you understand your legal options and represent you in court if necessary. • File a complaint with the Bar Council: You can file a complaint against the advocate with the respective State Bar Council or the Bar Council of India. The Bar Council can investigate the allegations of professional misconduct and take disciplinary action against the advocate, if necessary. • File a criminal complaint: If the forgery is serious enough, you can also file a criminal complaint against the advocate. This can be done with the police or the court Under section Section 463, using a forged document as genuine (Section 471),  section 420 and any other applicable sections. • Gather evidence: It is important to gather evidence to support your claim of forgery. This may include documents, witness statements, and certified copies.
