I have 2childs one 9 yr one 2 yr....my husband want to marry with other women and I not agree what I do

take diviose पुरुष और महिला दोनों निम्नलिखित आधारों पर तलाक के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं: आपसी सहमति क्रूरता व्यभिचार परित्याग  परिवर्तन मानसिक विकार संक्रामक रोग संसार का त्याग जब पति या पत्नी को मृत मान लिया जाता है इनमें से किसी भी आधार के आधार पर कोर्ट में तलाक के लिए याचिका दायर की जा सकती है। एक बार जब तलाक की कार्यवाही शुरू हो जाती है, तो तीन सबसे विवादित क्षेत्र रखरखाव, संपत्ति और बाल हिरासत हैं। हम इस संबंध में पार्टियों के अधिकारों पर विस्तार से चर्चा करेंगे।

hello mam, if you are not agree to leave him thn you can stay seperate under the same roof without divorce and ask for the maintenance....and having a affair means adultery is not a crime so...but it's a ground for divorce...for detail discussion do contact asap

your husband don't marry with other women according to law...if your husband do the same then you will be able to case a file at the nearest court or laudge a FIR in the nearest police station..Also u took advice from advocate..

आपके पति तब तक दूसरी शादी नहीं कर सकते जब तक कि आप उन्हें तलाक ना दे दें। यदि वह दूसरी शादी करते हैं तो वह अपराध की श्रेणी में आएंगे। परंतु यह नियम मुस्लिम पुरुष पर लागू नहीं है वह 5 शादियां बिना तलाक लिए कर सकते हैं।
