advise required for reappeleing in court

I am suriya kala (49) from villivakkam Chennai. I got married in 1995. During 1997 my husband appealed in Before the family court at Chennai (case no: 1028 of 1997) for divorce but after many counseling, proof and witness the case was dismissed because the truth was in my side. After that In 2004 my husband reappeal in High court (C.M.A.No.1423 of 2004) and divorced was issued in 2009 without any settlement for me and my child ( daughter). In between that he have been approached for remarriage in our community in 2005 as mentioning divorce and my husband got second married in 2010 and adopted a child in 2017. My mother was heart patient during 2009 she was critically admitted in hospital I was so depressed and pressurized during that time so I am unable to reappear again in court. Now recently only I came acrossed the judgment issued I was shocked about the reason mentioned in that which was totally fake, and did not mentioned about the family court case dismissed . According to this issue due to absence court might given ex party order. now there is a change to appeal in appropriate court and pray for truth on your side. but u r presence must be given without any further absence.
