advise on DV and High court order

Meri wife ne 2016-17 mein 498a,DV,CRPC 125 ye sare cases file kiye they jisme meri zamanat hui thee or parents ka High court se stay liya tha or compromise ke baad order ki copy High court mein jama kara di thee jisme mujhe or wife ko lower court mein revisit ke instruction huye hai. Sare cases compromise ho gaye they lekin opp lawyer ne DV close nahi karaya jiske bare mein meri wife ya mujhe koi jankari nahi thee maney online chk kia to dv abitak open hai 2017 se. Plz advise.

File a separate case against that proceedings before Allahabad High Court for quashing. Without that, your case will not close so move a separate 482 Cr.P.C Application and resolve your problem and it's all your advocate fault.
