Advice regarding Stoped EMI for house loan

I filed a DV case after that by court order I residing with my 3yr old daughter in share household.My husband purchased that house through loan EMI payment . Now he dtop the payment .Bank affex a possession notice. He is Asst prof and with evil intention he is doing that . What is the way to protect the house ?

Hello, Firstly you have to clarify whether you have a Court order regarding your accommodation in any manner. If yes then you should immediately move before the Learned Court informing the matter and by that take proper favourable direction.
