Advice on harressement from Wife and her family

My wife from when she has married isint staying properly with me she always has some or the other issues and her mother always involves in our family and comes to her house with relatives and fights at top of the voice , she had left the house once last year and stay at her home for 7 months and then came back , again now her mother had come to take her again on july 31 2022 everything was packed cab was called but finally decision changed that she will stay ,now again on feb 21 there was no fight nothing all of a sudden she is saying she will leave the house permanently and go and her mother and relatives arrived they started yelling and bad mouthing us , finally she decided to leave then we said if she is leaving she needs to give closure to me but she says since she is not satisfied i need to give her divorce , how is this possible ? Also can i ask the Mangalsutra and Ring that we put during our wedding ? Is it legal ? And what is that we need to follow
