Dear reader

Filing of challan is a next step by the police after lodging of FIR, it has not relevance for establishing sufficient ground of cruelty. if you feel that an False FIR has been lodged then in my advice you should file an Criminal Misc. Petition under section 482 of Cr. PC for quashing of the FIR which end your trial.
