Advice in case husband want to file for divorce but wife don't.

my husband wants mutual divorce but j don't want divorce.I want continue our marriage life.my Husband doesn't understand.we are living separate .my husband force me to live at my parents home so I live there.but after he left the Gujarat state and told me he went to bangalore at last moment. I don't know where he live in Bangalore.I live with my husband but he not agree.please guild me what can do to live with him.I prefered to avoid court case.is it possible through legal notice?
YES. Its possible to issue legal notice for restitution of conjugal rights. the same can be issued at his latest address or at the address where he lived last. But if he does not agree, then the filing of suit for conjugal rights is the only option. AND you can't get his latest address then file the criminal case before the police, and police will search him and bring him to court of justice.
