Advice in case FIR filed by girl's parents on boy on court marriage.

Me and my girlfriend want to do court Marriage in bhopal. If we have fullfill all processes and done the marriage. Is girl's parent can file any case or any FIR against me if all done according to procedure

Tell me your and your girlfriend's age. Legally they are not eligible to file any complaint against you but I am sure they will trouble you by creating unnecessary complaints. Every complaint filed by them will go infructuous if your girlfriend agrees to marry you in front of police. Contact before taking any step.

FIR ko crush karane ke liye high court me ; FIR ko challenge karna padegi .aur FIR registered na ho ; iske liye; high court se instruction lena padega.vaise aapke khilaaf koi FIR shadi karne par; registered nahi kara sakte....

If you & your girlfriend is adult and fullfil all conditions of Hindu marriage act so there has no any problems Girl's parent can not file any case or any F.I.R. against you if all done according to law.

If you girlfriend is above 18 years of age and both of you marrying with free consent then her parents can not file any FIR. But if afterwards due to influence of her parents she says that the marriage is not with her free consent then you may be in trouble. So make sure that she is fully ready to marry you against the wishes of her parents.
