Advice in case court is not passing divorce decree.

Good evening Sir ,my case is in family court from last 3 yrs court is not doing anything is in my favour.(My wife and her parents are not taking court summons, even not appearing in any court hearing and not there advocate also) Me,and my parents have make our all efforts to get her back from her parents home.(even I have words with her on phone,but she says she want to end up this realtion and also never come back) all these things I have also spoken in front of judge about my wife behaviour,my advocate also appeals to judge but everything is in vain.Court is continuously giving hearing date and date,my golden time period is also wasting I'm worried about my future.Kindly tell me what should be done.

Sir for of all relax cool down . The court can not give Divorce it is your wife who has to give it . If your wife and her lawyer is not attending the court then on next date file application for ex parte divorce from court only . If then too court don't give Divorce then go to any other family court and get ex parte divorce in this your wife is not needed the court gives it . But yes you have to file application for this .

if your wife is not coming to the court on the day of hearing you can request the court to proceed ex parte and you can get the divorce decree uncontested. you can come to my office with all the relevant documents for better advice.

hi good afternoon firstly you can tell the court about what is happened with you why are the parents also after the summoning order not coming to the court what is the basic reason for them not to come to the court and then u can request the court that we are ready in all these of settlement we have tried our best to settle with them neither they respond to us neither they come to court after so many hearings also they are not coming and my wife behaviour towards me is not good . i cannot understand what is the real problem with them
