Adoption of nephew by single male

I am Krutti Sundar Patra, aged 37 and working in a leading Public Sector Bank. I want to adopt my nephew(son of my younger brother) aged 5 years old. Once done, I can make him my legal heir for my property, wealth and also at my job.

Yes absolutely you can do it. Once the child is adopted legally he will be your legal heir for rest of your life and for all purposes. For that purpose you will have to register the adoption. For further legal advice contact my team.
