Adoption deed unregistered no court order
17-Jan-2023 (In Family Law)
I was adopted by my maternal grandparents in 2004 as my father was abusive and a drunkard. The deed was unregistered and not certified by any court but proper stamp duty paper was used. There is also no order by any court for this. It was done mainly as my grnadparents were raising me and signature of parent was required at various places. I wanted to ask if this suffices for Vaid adoption or something else is required as well. We are all Hindus.
hi, whether ur both father and mother is now alive. what is ur current age. whether ur natural father is ready/agree for this. all this info required. if all ok then u can get certificate from court.
