yes you should file a case in civil court for cancellation of adoption deed. in adoption this is important that it should be done by both mother and father. except this you can also take a ground of fraud and your majboori

bilkul liya jaa sakta hai agar maa baap ke consent se nahi adopt hua hai to adaptation illegal hai is condition mein original maa baap apna bacha claim kar sakte hai aur aapko wapas bhi karna padega criminal case bhi kar sakte hai aapke against kuch condition mein
