Adding name on share certificate

01-Dec-2023 (In Family Law)
A mother has three children. Two sons and a married daughter. A residential property is owned by mother and her two sons. There are three names on the share certificate; mother, 1st son and 2nd son. The mother has passed away, intestate. Is the daughter now entitled to part of the residential property as legal heir of the mother along with the two brothers. Can she legally get her name on the share certificate alongwith her brothers? If yes what documents are required to get this done.
