Abusive word used in Watsapp message complaint against customer

I run online business. One of my customer called me fraud and asshole in watsapp message. Can I file case against her? If yes under what section.

You can file a complaint with a police station where you reside or carrying on your business. No need to mention the section. The police officials will charge him in appropriate section (504 IPC). You can contact me if you want my assistance in drafting of complaint.
