Abuse and property hold by family

Few share of our agricultural land was taken by one of the son of my uncle and he is not allowing us to take hold of that. Also he is abusing our elderly mother when we both brothers are not in the home.nnPlease suggest if we can do any kind of preventive complaint in police station.

yes you can file a FIR in the police station regarding the abusive behaviour of the person who misbehaved with your elder mother. and even inform of the threat in that FIR if in case there is any threat because of them to your elder mother.
