about whimsical behaviour of my husband.

married since 20 yrs, elder son -19, daughter 12. i am in private, husband in central govt. he is verbally, physically, financially abusive towards me and kids. shows to the society that I am the culprit and blames my parents for everything. till now registered 3 NC and one FIR against him. presently staying at parents house with kids, trying negotiations but he convinces all involved that I am at fault. no one is supporting. now he is posting me messages of suicidal threats. what should I do?

Take the screen shot of the suicidal threats and register a new complaint to the police about the threats. If all these years your husband has been abusive in all manners then you can register a case of domestic violence and the rest depends upon your decision. A lawyer can make the ways and lead you bad upon your decision to stay or leave.

Well, if you have got an abusive Husband, then you can either seek Divorce from him or Judicial Separation officially. If he is giving you Suicidal threats to come back, but, you have a firm belief, that, he won't change his behavior if you go back to him again, then, write a Complaint about him to the Judicial Magistrate that if he commits suicide, you will not be held responsible for it, considering, if he will commit suicide, then, it is because of his lack of will power to fight with the difficult circumstances in life.
