About the physicak as well as mental harassment,and run away

I had a friend,I knew him since from last 5 years,he convinced me for marriage.abused me physically as well as mentally,and bitted me many times that if those things I tell to anybody. He married with me in his home only at that time when no one was in a home without the presence of anybody again done the physical abusement..and harassed mentally to do not tell those things to anybody telling that we will marry in front of all after few days . After 7-10 days of marriage..I came to know that he is doing a second marriage....before that when he met me after 7 days of our marriage he has deleted all the photos and msg and call recording from my phone ...I told thode things to my family and his family members and to that girls family those things so his marriage has broken ...and I left him . But after few days he again tried to call and messaged me and say a lots of vulgar words about me and my family, and friends too.I have to take a legal action against him, so I need a legal advice .
