About right of residence in my matrimonial house??

Mam, my in laws and husband harassed me mentally with bad words and physically also and influence my husband to harass me. So I filed a 498 a case , after that police councelled us and settled the dispute, but now my mother in law is not allowing me into my marital house which is in her name because of ego, she made my husband to take a rented home to live, nMy husband work in his own kirana shop from 7 am-11pm under my marital home , under the influence of his mother, she did not leave her saddistic behaviour and make him to harass me like he is not coming to me and spreading rumors like I am torturing him,, nWhat to do now??

hi you could file petition under domestic violence act in concerned court asking them to provide accomodation or separate residence and also for maintenance for separate accomodation and also for physical and mental harassement

madam you definitely have a right to live in your matrimonial house and if you need an order of court to stay there you need to file dvc case domestic violence case and madam dvc and 498a are the different cases dvc can get you remedy if you have any questions please contact me so that i can effectively help you
