about residence at husbands newly rented flat

My husband left our rented flat after a fight. He did not return for many days. I stayed in that flat for few days and as the rent is not affordable for me I left the flat and taken a leave from job and residing at my parents place. Recently I got to know that my husband has taken a rented flat at different location and now staying with his parents. He is not allowing me to enter in his new house. I want to join my office again and I cant stay alone because I am 6 month pregnant and need people around me for help. My husband is asking me for divorce too. I cant handle this stress during pregnancy. Do i have a right to stay in his new house?
Dear queriest, whether it's a new house or old house you have whole right to stay with your husband as you are legally wedded wife of his, and he has no right to throw you from your matrimonial house unless you are not legally separated by decree of court. therefore you can go to your matrimonial home and stay there whenever you want.
