About my father property matter

My father has his own house he want to tranfer that property on my brother name but my father has two wives n my pappa's original document was struck in my father first wife hand but my dad hv Xerox of that document so is it original document is neccessary?

Dear Sir Get certified copy of originals and get register the properties immediately and get entries in Encumbrance Register otherwise first wife may meddle with originals and properties. At least gift deed may be taken urgently.

Not required, if he wants to transfer the khata to his son. If he holds that property by way of self earning then he is having every right to convey his rights to his son. If it is the property of ancestral, he cannot transfer the property without consent of his first wife and her childrens. kindly contact further details. I will guide you if you contact me.
