Mam/sir Gm...my bro got when both r in minority age...after she matured she came to husband home after 2 years she told iam not able to stay with my husband she gone that time only in minority age only...ow they r put case against like Dori, torture etc...ow they r she is 21 he is 25 age ...what we do mam/ sir we cannot understand...in my family my mom and brother worrying day by day they become tensed plzzz advise how to came out from this case... plz guide

okay I understand your questions so now your brother wife put case for dowry case 498a right so now you have to take a anticipstery bail from sessition s court and you want her your brotherbor not it is important she did not interested about marriage life you file a divorce case it is best for you so do you need any legal help contact me thank you
