About Marraige between two different caste

Sir, my partner want to change his caste and we want to go for court Marraige legally and grow together as we are facing many issues from our family side. He is 20 years old right now and I am 18+ .Shall we apply fr court Marraige?Will there be any help from court

Dear Sir, It seems you have not attained age of majority and it is too early to get marry unless you have a house to reside and sufficient earnings to look after yourself. You may marry under the provisions of Special Marriage Act without changing the caste and caste cannot be changed on any reason. Religion can be changed.
