About a Marriage Held Under Special Marriage Act

22-Mar-2024 (In Family Law)
I am a Hindu. My husband is a Muslim. We married under Special Marriage Act in 2018. My question is- since my husband is a Muslim, can he marry someone else under Shariat law without divorcing me?

yes your husband can marry 3 more times under shariat law and the law will support him and it is not wrong it is better that you give him utmost care and love all through so that he doesnot opt out for another choice
