A hindu boy marrying third cousin under special marriage act,1954

22-Mar-2023 (In Family Law)
I am a hindu boy. I want to marry my third cousin. I know our relation falls under sapinda relation and hence not approved by hindu marriage act but i know that i can marry her under special marriage act as it restricts only upto first cousin whereas she is my third cousin. Kindly tell me what action should i take to marry her under special marriage act,1954.

If you don’t want any ceremonies to perform then you can straight away register your marriage under the special marriage act. You can take the appointment at the nearest SDM court of your area to register your marriage. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
