498A Quash Without Mutual Settlement

30-Apr-2023 (In Family Law)
Respected advocates, My wife filed a false 498a on me including my aunts, mother and grandmother. FIR is registered, charge sheeted, case is currently in the court preparing for summons. My advocate is suggesting to go for FIR Quash for other apart from me. What are the chances of quashing an FIR? the allegations made on them are pure vague and non provable. How much will it cost per person to go for a quash in High court (Hyderabad)?

chancea of quashing the FIR would depend on the facts and circumstances of the case and the allegations against them it would cost around Rs 10,000:per person and if charges are vague then u might succeed in that case
