how to close Police departmental enquiry in above thye case

hi if you want to close the case you could file quash petition against the FIR as it is based on all false allegations and that you were not conxerned to the case and that the allegations mentioned in the FIR are false and baseless

you need to file the closure of 498A case in your favour then the departmental enquiry will be closed if your 498a case is in early stage you need to wait till departmental enquiry is over in that there is citation of supreme court which prohibits suspension in 498a cases
