I informed to I/O I'm not involved , and I'm not at home I was in Coaching..He just replied "okay we'll look into it"And I'm not signed on 41A, but after few days later I got Summons from the CourtIs it affect on my career? I'm qualified in compititive Prelims,nAm I eligible still?nWhat can I do further?

hi you could file quash petition in high court to quash the FIR as that you are no where connected to that case and it is based on all false allegations and that you could file dispense with petition and discharge petition also
