my wife had filed fir against me and my family under 498a 323 3 and 4. its been more than 3 months. i was not arrested because police knew it was a fake FIR. how would i know that police has filed chargesheet or not. what should I do?

police has the power to arrest you.
but usually before arresting in these types of cases police initially do the preliminary investigation.
it is better that you apply for Anticipatory bail and you can also file FIR quashing before the high court.
