482 were filed for parents in high court and stay was taken for himsel

My wife filed the cases 498a,504,506,323 and DV against me and my family where I took the bail for myself and stay for parents. Later on we made the compromise in all cases, I submitted the copy of compromise in high court where they directed me to visit with parents and wife in lower court Uttar Pradesh Aligarh. I want to know the process how to close this case now. Do I need to take the bail for them first, while court has directed to visit the lower court and submitt the copy of High court.

If you have already got relief from the High Court then you need not do anything in the lower court. You just need to approach the court and submit the copy of the order of the High Court along with the settlement deed that you have gone through and after that the court will record the statement of your wife and then the case will be closed.

You can file section 482 CrPC application for the High Court in order to get the order from high court for the directions to the investigation officer submit report on the same and the high court will order the investigating officer to follow the procedure
